  • Developing and maintaining contacts with European institutions and coordination with EBA, ESMA and via the Joint Committee; 
  • Organising and coordinating meetings of EIOPA's decision making bodies as well as EIOPA’s Stakeholder Groups; 
  • Acting as point of entry for requests and contact with the National Supervisory Authorities; 
  • Leading EIOPA’s external and internal communications including press, speeches, website; 
  • Supporting management in reviewing the institution’s strategic direction and developing multi-annual and annual work programmes, aligned with EIOPA’s strategy; 
  • Overseeing efficient and timely provision of legal advice and performing legal quality control; 
  • Ensuring the availability of internal reporting, monitoring of processes and internal risks; 
  • Developing and coordinating the implementation of EIOPA's internal governance processes.
