​Human Resources Unit 

  • Providing strategic and operational support in all areas of the employment cycle to maximise staff performance and the achievement of the EIOPA goals and objectives;
  • Developing and implementing Human Resources Strategy and Policies;
  • Managing, in cooperation with the relevant business representatives staff recruitment and selection processes;
  • Managing staff performance processes including those for reclassification and staff development;
  • Managing the personnel administration, including for the implementation of the conditions of employment and staff entitlements; ​
