​​Information Technology Unit​

  • Providing strategic and operational support in all information and communication technology matters;
  • Providing and maintaining appropriate technical infrastructure and related services for EIOPA's staff, National Competent Authorities and visitors, including core business and administrative support services, providi​ng workplace services for personal computing, software, communication technology, video and voice conferencing, service desk and IT training;
  • Enabling central infrastructure services, e.g. data centres, networks, central printing and IT security;
  • Managing the IT project portfolio, ensuring the successful implementation of projects with a strong IT component.
