Regulation (EU) No 1268/2012 of 29 October 2012, as amended by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/2462 of 30 October 2015.

To develop market knowledge and thus gain better understanding of the terms and conditions usually applied to contracts in a relevant market, EIOPA is organising meetings with all interested parties in the respective market. Inter-Institutional calls for tender
The main reason for inter-institutional cooperation in procurement lies in the potential economies of scale by pooling the purchasing power and the resources of the European Institutions, Agencies or other bodies involved.
The lead institution will be the sole representative of the contracting authorities during the procurement procedure up to signature of the contract.
