Description
According to Art 73 of the EIOPA Regulation referring to language arrangements, EIOPA issues its Guidelines in all EU official languages (with the exception of Irish, according to Council Regulation (EU) No 1257/2010). In case of divergence between different versions, please inform EIOPA info{at}eiopa.europa.eu about the provision in question. EIOPA will clarify this as soon as possible.

The following shall be considered integral guidelines on the supervision of branches of third-country insurance undertaking with amendments up-to-date.
[1] Article 73 on Language arrangements as follows: 1. Council Regulation No 1 determining the languages to be used by the European Economic Community (53) shall apply to the Authority.
2. The Management Board shall decide on the internal language arrangements for the Authority.
3. The translation services required for the functioning of the Authority shall be provided by the Translation Centre for the Bodies of the European Union.
