The European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority adopted by analogy the Title VII “Procurement and Consessions” of the Financial Regulation​ applicable to the general budget of the Union and its Annex 1 - Regulation (EU,Euratom) 2018/1046 of the European Parliament and the Council of 18 July 2018.
