Should these two datapoints (S.25.01 R0100/C0110, S.25.01 R0100/C0040) appear in the Identical Datapoint list, in EIOPA_SolvencyII_Valitations.xls?

The data points identified are not the same data point, despite the label of the columns/row. Data point from S.25.01.01. R0100/C0040 in Annual Solvency II reporting Solo is the amount before allocation from adjustments due to RFF and Matching adjustments portfolios, which is reported in C0050 of the same template.
The data point from S.25.01.21.R0100/C0110 in Annual Solvency II public disclosure Solo is the amount after allocation from adjustments due to RFF and Matching adjustments portfolios, which is not disclosed separately.
